I have been in my life style change for the past 5 years. I am tired of the fluctuating 10 pounds: they are here, they are gone, they are here again! I decided to join on the advice of my personal trainer to monitor my food. This is a great and easy place to keep a food diary. Hope to see this 10 pounds gone for good.

Thanks for the welcome. This is a great site for logging your food diary. I am a little confused on loading the exercises-it doesn't calculate or give you credit for calories burned when you are weight training. Not sure how to figure out how many calories I have burned in a 30 minute weight training session. Any suggestions?0

Thanks I will put the calories in the cardio-still don't know for example how many calories are burned when I do two sets of pull downs with 50lbs or 2 sets of 25 ab crunches? Thanks again0
