Alright I am starting with MFP one more time!

I have been a member since the beginning of January and from January to mid march I lost 20 pounds and I guess I just let that little bit of weight loss go to my head to think that I was looking better and I stopped logging in my food but I have been working out so since I have stopped loggin in my food I have only lost 2 more pounds. Obviously not counting my calories is not helping me lose the weight. So here I go again with MFP I wish all new and old members luck with their weight loss journey and let my story be an example that we have to count all calories in order to drop the LBs:bigsmile: . Plus I admit I am a sucker for the sweet easter:embarassed: treats so now that they are out of the store I should be good. Have a good week!!!

    YEAH, ME TOO, but see the thing is I know with the work outs that I have been doing and the strength training that I have been doin pretty much is a waste because I was not watching my calories. I bet that if I did watch my calories I would have dropped at least ten to fifteen more pounds. So hopefully now that I am trying to get back on track I will not feel the work out is a waste of time. You have no idea how much time I have wasted the last mouth. literally hours one week I went to work out 6 days out of the week for a least a hour and at most 2. I need a kick in the *kitten*!

    Though technically, they haven't been going to waste. They've been watching over you to make sure you didn't gain :laugh:
