Hello, all! I've been off my fitness for a while, but have maintained my weight loss of 12 pounds. Now I'm back to business and ready to drop the final 10 pounds to my goal weight.

Was just hoping for some of your best tips/motivations on eating well and weight loss. What is one or two things that have worked the best for you relating to eating/working out....and losing!!!

Please share any tips you have and I would greatly appreciate it!
