    I started Level 2 yesterday - it is a killer! I, too, was finding Level 1 easier towards the end, but trust me, stick with it until day 10. You will appreciate the increase in your endurance to move onto Level 2.

    Oh, and for a little motivation, I weighed and measured this morning - I am down 4 lbs and 4.5 inches! :)
    Are you doing just 30DS or have you included any other sort of exercise?

    I am only doing the 30DS, but I am really working hard to make the most of each session. If you look at my diary (I think it is public), you'll see I had one day where I also jogged/walked on the treadmill....but that's it. I've also been trying really hard to drink a ton of water and stick to 1200 calories per day. :)

    I'm doing it too. 10 days each of every level. By day 10 level one it was MUCH easier for me, which is the point. I'm on Level 2 day 6. How heavy are your weights? You may want to increase them a bit.
