So there is an upside to being bigger

ive found an advantage to being bigger haha
I had a fitness test the other day to help track my progress health wise, with weight, BMI, body fat, bone mass, blood pressure etc. Being tested.
Now the guy who performed the test seemed to be gobsmacked when I told him how much I'd lots so far, and said that he'd like to test a theory, so we measured my bone density
the expert reckoned that the average male should have a bone mass or density of around 6-7% and that the higher the better, the highest he had ever seen was 8.3% which he said was fantastic
Mine was 9.4 :noway:
We think this is because with the added extra weight I was carrying around, and the fact I had still been growing as I put on the weight, my body compensated and my bones became denser, but as I lost the weight the bones didnt lose anything
So it looks like even in my old age I'll have healthy and fairly strong bones, and apparently that of someone nearly half my age haha
And I can also now use the excuse "I'm big boned"
