    Hello

    My Home - > Profile -> Edit Photos (green button, middle of the page)

    That's the easy way--- adding pics to your profile.
    A little more complicated to add them to the forums.
    First, open a free account with photobucket. Upload the pic to photobucket.
    Resize the pic--- I'm thinking the max is about 400 pixels wide-- and save under a new name.
    Then when you post, you type in

    [xxx] irl of your photobucket photo [/xxx]

    (Replacing xxx with img)
    Photobucket also has a link for adding to forums, you can use the link but you have to change the capital: IMG to lowercase: img

    Does that make sense?

    Ah, I should have realized the original poster already had profile pictures, I'm dumb.

    Everything frosty73 said was spot on in regards to adding images to the forums.
