THIS tuesday?
If only we could see results in 4 days. You need more time, give it a few weeks of consistent good diet and decent exercise before you start seeing noticeable results. Just as you cannot put on weight overnight, you cannot lose it overnight.0 -
Took me 6 months to drop 20lbs, be patient it will happen!0

yeah i know it just seems that since my goal was to lose 2 lbs a week that i would have at least lost a lb by now0

give it time and don't be discouraged. Evaluate your goals if you aren't meeting them.
1) Are your goals reasonably attainable..if not, you will lose motivation when you don't meet them.
2) Are you exercising efficiently? i.e. breaking a sweat and pushing your current limits
3) Are you eating correctly?
Give it time, your body needs to adjust to any new diet or exercise, and that takes more than a few days. Over this journey you will go through periods where you lose easily and times where you can't seem to lose at all.
One day at a time, get through each workout and get through each meal without cheating yourself on either and you will see results.0 -
Just because your goal is 2 lbs a week, it doesn't mean that the weight loss will happen linearly. Sometimes you will get no loss, then a big loss, then it slows down, and another big loss, etc. Just keep at it, and it will come off.0
