Sucrose/Fructose in weightloss

Hi,
recently I have become aware of the role of fructose/sucrose in weight management and how these are stored straight into the body as fat.
Fructose is in almost all fruits which we generally regard as 'healthy', and in some vegetables
What I would LOVE to see is a sucrose/frustose/sugar count for vegs and fruit on MFP.
If you can believe the manufacturers and labellers of the retail products then at least it is a guideline but..Is it possible to have a guide for the vegies and fruit on MFP?
Any thoughts?
