Cornmeal Crusted Boneless Pork Loin Chops

Pretty simple really, just take your boneless pork and dip it in cornmeal. Spray your frying pan with cooking spray and have the heat up medium/high. Cook on both sides until the cornmeal is crusty and lightly browned, then bake for 20 mins at 350. My husband loves them and he's not really dieting. Cornmeal is low in calories and it forms a crispy crust on the outside of the pork leaving it juicy in the middle. Very tasty!
