    I am going to change the amount of carbs I consume.......adding more veggies instead.

    Not skip jillian michaels plank exercises or substitute them with regular crunches

    quit my tuesday night wine. finding out just how much alcohol gives me the munchies. Will hold out for my friday night vodka/sodas.
  • I am going to stick to my exercise plan and eating well plan without 'cheating' for the first time :)

    I have been staying within my calories, etc...but...I have been SOOO LAZY lately! I will force myself to at least take a walk every day!

    Stay within my calories and work out 3 times. Stick to regular eating plan.

    A lot actually. I have changed my daily calorie goal down to 1200 again to be more strict on myself and lose this weight. No more excuses. Also I am restarting C25K from the begining so I am ready for outside running by spring.

    I started wogging today! (walk/jog). 2 years ago I was running 5Ks for fun. The last 2 years I've been injured off and on and various injuries. I miss the racing and am trying to get back to it!
    I had a 2 yr break from racing for other reasons. I ran 1 5k this yr and have signed up for a 10k and 2 half marathons. welcome back to running and racing.

  • I am going to work out at the gym at least 3 times this week as we are joining the gym on Monday.

  • I'm gonna try have a big protein filled breakfast so I don't have a really fat filled brunch to curb my hunger.
  • Working the treadmill this week, going to do intervals of fast walking and jog/run, so excited, going to give it a go.

    I'm going to eat healthier this week. The past few weeks have been filled with CRAP! Sweetie treaties &salty foods. Bad, bad, bad. Going to hit the fruit and veg a bit harder this week :)
