Goal inside a goal reached and a little back story.

On June 1st 2011 I weighed 243lbs and was 40% body fat. I was working at a local restaurant and was eating all the wrong food nearly every day. Supporting a family and having free food was a tough spot to be in. June 1st was my first day at my current job away from the food industry and by December 4th I was down to 225 but still around 36% body fat. I knew my trip to Florida was coming up in a few months so I decided to make a change. I set a goal to be at 200 lbs by the time we leave for Florida on March 8th. I weighed in today and I am at 200 even and 26% body fat.
That makes it 43 pounds since June, 25 since December, and I reached my goal with another 3 weeks to loose even more. I really started watching what I was eating (well how much of it anyway) and slowly started working out. Over the last few weeks I've really upped my work outs to 5 days per week.
I found this site a little over a week ago and have really enjoyed reading everyone's stories and seeing the pictures of their transformations. My ultimate goal is 180 and around 16% body fat. I weigh in once every 3 weeks and hopefully the next weigh in will be the first time my weight will start with a 1 since 2007. Pictures will come at some point soon. thanks everyone.
