I just had an awesome dessert and only 250 calories.
1/2 cup of Edie's slow churned cookie dough 130 calories.
1 fiber one brownie. 90 calories.
4 Tbsp of Light whipped cream 30 calories.
Put the brownie in a bowl.
Heat up the brownie in the Mocrowave for 20 seconds.
Put the ice cream on top of the brownie.
Put the whipped cream on top of that.
And BAMMMMMM. Awesome 250 calorie dessert.

Fiber One is the Brand name. We buy them in Costco. I am sure other stores have them. They are already made and packaged.0 -
sounds good will have to try it sometime0

We have been buying the Skinny Cow ice cream on sticks. I noticed the SLOW CHURNED ice cream has 130 cal as oppsed to the skinny cow at 100.
I went with the slow churned this time, it was awesome. And I would have had the brownie later on, anyway. So I just combined them.0 -
Felt this awesome dessert needed a BUMP.0

YUMMY! Brownies and icecream are two of my biggest weaknesses. I LOVE that you gave me a way to have them both for such low calories!0

I have been at this for a few weeks now and I was looking for creative ways to eat my 2 favorite things, Chocolate and ice cream.0 -

Nice!! I already have the brownies....just need to go get some ice cream tomorrow. I had no idea ice cream was so low in calories that wasn't sugar free or full of those fake sugar alcohols. Thanks for the idea!! I don't do decadent sweets often but this sounds like a plan for tomorrow!!!0

Make sure you buy the SLOW CHURNED. It is half the calories. Read the labels. Some have higher fat content than others. Good luck and enjoy.0 -

One of the morning daytime nutritionists actually said that it was better to go with real ice cream over the Skinny Cow. It was better to feed your body the natural over the "fake" sugars and fats.
And your dessert sounds GREAT! Thanks for the idea!0
