how to count cals in homemade stock.

im making a clear stock. now if i was doing this as a soup, i would count all the vegetables, water etc that i put into it because it would all be blended up and used.
but im making a clear stock, which means im straining out all the veges... how do i count it?? its pretty much flavoured water..

There is an entry for vegetable broth. 1 Cup is 15 cals0

type in "homemade chicken stock" when you look for food. its like, 40 calories for 100ml (3 ounces). that seems about right.0

Organic chicken broth is 20 cals for 1 cup (homeade)0

I log is as a knorr stockpot. 1 for 100mls. Think its pretty accurate! X0
