Pretty sure your age has most to do with that kind of success.... also, losing so much weight in so little time you may have lost a decent amount of lean mass along with it so perhaps not all of those lbs was fat loss.0

Dude you are 18 year old male.
If you are less than 150lbs then:
Go to LIFT HEAVY, very heavy and hard. "Pain is a weakness leaving your body"
EAT equal ammount of calories that you spend, so probably around 3500 if you are working out.
Do split workout routine.
Eat alot of protein!.
if you are over 200lbs -

That is a pretty rapid weight loss, but I am very similar. I've been doing this for 7 weeks and have lost 30 pounds.
Go by how you are feeling, and realize that once you reach your goal weight you are going to have to look to make this sustainable as well.0 -

If you're worried about your diet, open up your diary so we can see what you're eating.0

40 pounds in 4 weeks? Not healthy unless you started at 500 pounds.0

Well congrats on your loss.
To be honest, you are a bit low on a lot of your days, unless you're not logging everything. I know it may seem counter-intuitive, but as you start to lose weight you may want to increase your daily calorie intake - 600-800 net calories (and sometimes lower!) seems a bit low for an 18-year-old guy! But hey, I'm not a doctor, so who am I to say?0 -
hey any advice i can get will help i need the constructive criticism...0

the only thing i didn't post was me trying a hand stand and kind of failing on that0
