Can I have your washboard Abs?

It's time for me to start building more muscle now that I've got my weight back under control. When I was 19 and in the army I didn't have to do much to have those washboard abs... but, 10 years later - not so much. Can those of you with beautiful abs please share your workout routines geared towards abs? (I've already done p90, jillian michaels) I'm ready to up it and focus more on calf, tummy, and arm muscles. Thanks for any and all advice. :flowerforyou:
