IM WEAK,i always jogging up and down hill but i lose weight like 1 or 2 pounds a week,after i weight,i lose my spritious and confident to keep on running and jogging =(

    Have you tried changed up your routine? You know, lift some weights or get an aerobics video that targets different areas of your body. Make some changes, get creative, confuse your body into letting go of more weight. XD But at least you are headed in the right direction. One or two pounds down every couple of weeks is better than losing nothing or gaining. You can do this! :)
  • Don't give up! We're not on The Biggest Loser, here. We can't expect our bodies to just drop huge numbers like that. It may seem sucky that obviously that means it'll take longer to reach the ultimate weight loss goal, but think of it this way: the time is gonna pass either way. So you can keep going and be super skinny and feel awesome in a year or 2, or still be where we are now in a year or 2. Whichever one you choose, in a year that year will have passed. Might as well spend that time working towards that goal, right?
    Besides, I think a pound or 2 a week is great!! That's 4 - 8 pounds a month!! You'll reach that goal in no time. :wink:

    i think strength training would help a lot.

    also, it helps to vary your routine. you can run hills one day, do a slow longer run another day, and run intervals yet another day. running is wonderful, but if you're not getting enough fuel you will crash. are you eating properly? drinking enough water, especially after a run???
  • THANKS FOR THE ADVISE my friends , seriously thanks ! ,I DONT KNOW WHETHER im eating properly or not,i do drink a lot of water a day ,and after running,i will drink cold water,and before any meal,i will do that too because i have done some research in internet ,it stated that drinking cold water before meal with lose out your temptation of foods

    1-2 pounds a week is great and recommended. They say thats the healthiest way to do it. If you make your food diary visable to your friends then they might be able to give some advice. I like to look at others food diaries to get good food ideas as well. These sites are great because if you have a question most people will answer politely and be helpful.
