So today I mixed up a batch of fruit leather. I've been using gummie bears or GU for my gym workouts but it's been costing too much and I hated the taste of the food coloring in the gummie bears.
I threw a peach, an apple, three carrots, a cup of prunes, a cup of dried apricots, a cup of applesauce, and four tbs honey, in a pan with two cups of water and heated it for 20 minutes to cook the carrots and apple.
Then I threw that in the oven for 8 hours at 175 degrees F on convection.
No more almost passing out during long workouts.
