Help?

Hi everyone! I recently lost 65 pounds I was at 240lbs, and now Im at 175lbs. I do alot of running and now kickboxing.
But after all that weight... I have this loose skin on my stomach and it hangs. Also... there are my hips and lovehandles as well as back fat... It hard with all the weight ive lost and everything such as I mentioned is still there. Do you guys have any tips to get rid of it? Thank you so much!!
