Brides to Be or Already Married

Hi everyone! I am getting married in 5 months and 3 weeks!!!!! August 11th, 2012. Every girl wants to look their best on their wedding day of course:) and I need some new workouts to try out. So, I was wondering if anyone on here can tell me what they did to lose weight and get fit before their wedding including eating plans, workout video suggestions/exercises that would be great! I already do Zumba twice a week and am going to get my certification in Zumba soon to become an instructor by summertime, but I need other ideas too! Thank you:)

    If you have on demand there's a bride boot camp that was really awesome. I've been married 6 months now, still trying to get in shape. Also, try Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVDs. They are tough but you loose inches and sometimes pounds too. You will def get into great shape in 5 months. I'm giving myself until July to lose 30lbs and look hot for this summer Add me if you'd like.

    Agree on 30 Day Shred. Try plyometric and interval training.
