Turning the big 4-0 this year!

I have been on MFP for over a month now. I am more aware of my calories and have stop those
midnite snacks (which I miss!). I am turning 40 in June and my goal is to fit into 1-2 dress size down dress.
I've been working out at Curves and doing Wii Zumba that is fun and rewarding. My greatest support is my husband who
has been doing the MFP too with me!
