Who else here is trying to gain some body mass? I am looking to add some muscles but maintain a healthy diet plan. If you are also in that same ranch of goal, let's be friends. And if you aren't, let's still ne friends. I believe in the group support system.

To those who have similar goal as me, got any tips on how to put more muscles mass?

    hey man,

i'm currently in a cutting cycle, but trying to maintain as much lean body mass as i can. it's all about calories in and calories out (when you really get down to it) so you're going to need to be in a calorie surplus. you need to feed the muscles extra energy to allow them to grow. that being said, it's really hard trying to gain LBM without putting on a little bit of fat, so don't freak out, just keep in mind you might have to go through a "cutting" state to shed off some of the fat once you reach your goal weight. many call this the "zig-zag" method.

When it comes to the gym, you're going to want to be lifting heavier, lower weights, so the muscles are forced to adapt and grow. when you lift your mind has to recruit a certain number of muscle fibers to lift the weight. the heavier the weight, the more muscle fibers. so doing light weights a lot of times, you aren't going to be activating all of the fibers. so you have to lift heavier and activate all those fibers to get them to grow. in terms of a program to be on, i truly believe it's up to you, and what you have time for, just make sure you are working all muscle groups. people discuss your muscles provoking more testosterone growth when you work out, and the thought is the larger the muscle, the more test. so make sure you're getting your leg work in, because this is the largest muscle group in your body, and the test that you can get from them will assist in the growth of your other muscles.

good luck to you, and feel free to add me

(i'm no professional by any means, and this is just stuff i'm sharing from literature that i've read. i'm a college student studying exercise science and health, and am just trying to give the most up to date information i've heard)
