Hey everyone..
You all have to check this website its so amazing.
Just type www.swole.me
I promise, do not think that because it has a weird URL it might be something bad or a virus. Its a website where you enter the calorie that you need daily, and you check all food you want to include, and then you click on 'GENERATE' which will generate your diet! It will include what things you need to eat to be in the calorie limit!
