30 day shred - moving up a level

Hi everyone, I just have a question for anyone who has, or is currently doing 30 day shred. I've not been doing this every day, as I run on the in between days. I've completed level one probably about 10 times all together. I've done it this morning, and although it's still hard going, I didn't feel as shattered as I usually do. So, what I want to know is, should I use heavier weights, or should I move on to level 2?
