Love handles. :(

Does anyone know any good techniques for love handles? I run a lot, but that seems to not be working as I thought it would.
Could someone please help out? I really want to loose them.

    Lift weights... period.

    The more muscle you have, the more fat you burn at rest... which means the love handles will disappear without all that running.

    Well, I do lift, quite a bit, but I want to know if there's anything out there that works exactly my love handle area.

    love handles, hell i got the doors for the handles

    running helped me, reduced a lot PM if you wanna run down - no pun intended

    Can't spot reduce dude.. Just gotta keep lifting and running and eventually they will go away.

    Edited to Add: It's also LOSE the love handles and not LOOSE them.. LOOSE is what is going to happen to your pants when they go away.

    I've had them since I was 17, I'm almost 21, I've ran for the past two years.

    It sucks, but they may be the very last thing to go. Keep reducing overall body fat and eventually they'll go.

    I heard green tea, cinnamon,apple vinegar and eat carbs around workout and go for low GI carbs.
    Love handles are insulin related.
