newbie again!

Here I am again! Trying for a fresh start from last summer! When starting last year I did well for a while until I ended up with more health issues and started stressing - relieving it with food.
I am a diabetic (30 years) who teaches elementary school. I have arthritis in my hip and lower back. Having promised myself a new start, I have doctor appointments to help. I am revisiting my endocrinologist in two weeks to get back on track.
I cam only blame myself for my weight, and I have in the past blamed my husband for always bringing in his junk food. We have talked in the past, and he still brings it in (he is not overweight). So to remedy that I have my own fridge and shelves as does he!
Hope to lose 30 lbs in 4.5 months. That is my first goal.:wink:
