personally I follow what most people would consider an "all natural" weight lifting diet. I do suppliment with a little whey protein powder, but other then that, I get all the amino acids I need, iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus...etc. from natural foods. There's really no need to use a giant stack. I mean if you're getting into competetive body building and want to do it as fast as possible, well I guess maybe some of these would help, but really this isn't the forum for that, there aren't really any (or none that I know of) competetive body builders here, and as such we wouldn't really know all that much about stacks. I only know because I was a college football player, and we used to do some stacking, not as much as you have listed though.

    my nutrition:

    milk,
    almonds
chicken (both white and dark meat)
    fish
    broccoli
pepper (green, red, orange, and yellow)
    tomatoes
    cheese
    yogurt
    spinach
    field greens
    onions
    garlic
    olives
    whole grain, non-enriched grain products
    lots of carrots
    beans, lots of beans
    bananas
    eggs
    peas, lots of peas
    whole kernel corn
    sweet potato
    cauliflower
    avocado

there's more, but I can't remember top of my head. I mix and match, but I make sure I get a complete serving of protein (complete amino acid protein) every meal, and good fats to transport all those vitamins, and of course enough carbs to keep my testosterone and HGH levels from burning up the protein I take in. the thing is, a lot of these stack suppliments don't digest completely where as natural foods do, this makes it hard to track them, plus they can build up in your system and cause problems down the road.

That's such a breath of fresh air to read. I also use protein powder and have a good, clean, varied diet.
