New to Fitnesspal-Need Recipes

Just joined this weekend. We are starting to eat healthier and need some lunch and dinner ideas. We are both trying to go low carb. We like the quick and easy meals that do not take a ton of ingredients. We eat mostly chicken, beef, or shrimp (he is not a big fish person). If you have some suggestions...please send them our way.
