2nd time around-

Hi - i first joined MFP in last year. loved the food diary, controlled my diet. then exams came and lost control. ended up gaining 10 more pounds.

now i am 150 pounds.

this time around i am letting my weight appear in the ticker below - i need to lose weight. at least 40 pounds to be within normal range.

i am 5 f 1 inch and have a very small frame, so i am quite over weight.

hopefully will stay on track and be more involved with the community this time around to stay on track and be motivated.
