Cheap body composition scales

Not sure if I've posted this in the right area, but here goes.

For anyone that's interested, and that lives in the UK, asda have Salter body composition scales on sale at the moment for £15.

Decent brand, and they come with a 15 year guarantee.

Do they do your body fat and weight or do they do a bit more too like water retention, lean muscle mass etc? I have some that supposibly do body fat percentage too but they are way off what the gym machine thing says. I don't know how reliable they are.
