Hi Im Dani, I am a membership consultant for Goodlife. Since I have started working at Goodlife I had discovered how beneficial being active can be! I have seen changes in my energy levels, endurance, flexability, weight, apperance and I just feel good! Now that I have experienced adding exercise into my lifestyle, I hope to be able to help others start on their own fitness goals :)
