What time do you weigh yourself?

My weight fluctuates about 2 pounds every day, so usually I would weigh myself in the morning (usually at my lowest). But I am thinking that I should weigh myself during a peak. Wouldn't that be more accurate?

If you regularly weigh yourself you should ideally weigh yourself on the same scales at the same time, each time. Ie it should technically not make a difference if you weighed yourself once a week at 7 in the morning or 7 in the evening - although weighing in the evening does mean that there are a lot of a factors that could skew the evening result (ie if you drank a lot, had a big lunch etc)
I prefer weighing in the morning as its before I've eaten or drank anything for the day which could possibly skew the results....0
