I was watching family feud and one of the questions were, What do you do before you weigh yourself? So now I'm asking the question to all of you. What do you do before you weigh??

Before i weigh i use bathroom and remove clothes besides underwear.

    i get ready for work, weigh myself fully clothed and head out the door.
