I am a mom of 3 great kids and I want to get healthy for them as well as myself. So I am here to get that way. I am a good sounding board if anyone wants to talk. :happy:

    there is a sahm/d thread if you ever want to pop in there. we're friendly and supportive. :smile:
    plus there are a lot of different "challenges" that are fun to join.
