I want the rollercoaster to STOP, please- thank you!

ok- so i'm one of those who have been riding the up and down roller coaster for quite a few years- lose 38- gain 38--lose 40- gain 40--lose 20...and stuck! i'm going to be 40 in a few months, and i want to meet my goal weight and get the hell off this ride-- for good!! i just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE food-- and not so much "good food"- i am a huge chocoholic, and i can't seem to get enough carbs. i rarely drink water, or anything else for that matter. i'm actually impressed that i have actually lost weight. i try to run 3-4 days a week, but lovely plantar fasciitis and IT band syndrome are trying to get the best of me (NOT going to happen, btw!!). i would just be so happy if somebody out there would share their "magic" of how they finally got off the roller coaster-- any current riders are welcome to post too, of course =) THANKS!!
