Hey everyone, just wanted to share about an app/website that some of us have stumbled upon. Jefit is a free app and website, similar to MFP, where you can log and easily track your strength training workouts. You can create routines or follow the thousands that other users have submitted, sync them to your phone and then be on your way.

Just wanted people to know about this great free tool!

Yep! On that boat as well... Just be warned, it's a bit daunting at first. Much like MFP, a lot of initial time is spent setting up your movements or your routine. I've always kept a little notebook and written everything down for my workouts, and, probably still will. I don't like having my cell phone out on the floor. But, I will convert everything into JEFIT moving forward to keep a database and be able to easily recall my previous workouts.

There are literally so many saved routines others have put on there. It's kinda ridiculous, but, this will prove to be a helpful tool.

    Check it out!

I found this one too (actually, my sister found it, mentioned it, and I checked it out)... and agree... I was overwhelmed and didn't use it at first. But I just started using it and I really like it now. I created a "routine" in the app to match my New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women routine. You can enter custom exercises if something isn't in there, but it's got a ton of stuff to start. The only thing i had to custom enter were the jackknives. Everything else was there.

Labrat, that's what I'm doing as well! Just started today. I started to creat my own but I looked through the routines already there and found the first one. I haven't found an easy way to search on there - that's the only downside I see so far.

I just found this today, when I was searching for New Rules for Lifting workouts to add to my iPad. What a great -- free!! -- tool!
