On my Kindle Fire, there is a daily breakdown of Vitamin A, C, Potassium, etc. but I can't find the info on the site on my desktop.
Anyway, I am deficient in most of the vitamins and minerals even though I feel I eat healthy. I have never taken vitamins. What should I do? Take a multivitamin? Does it matter?
I started using this site on January 29th. I have been eating very well since and it just gets better and better. I do love fruits and vegetables and do incorporate into my diet. I have also been trying to prepare all of my meals at home.
