I joined a year ago but like most things, I just started to "forget" about MFP but I'm back and planning to take it more seriously this time. I'm from the Baltimore area and I'll be 30 in December. I have a few reasons for wanting to lose weight and that's to help self confidence and I have a Hawaiian vacation I want to look good for ;) LOL

:D

This sounds just like me! I started in january last year and managed to lose about 12 pounds then fell off the wagon and gained that plus more....... But I, like you, am determined to do it this time. And I'll be 30 in november! Feel free to add me.

I joined over a year ago too. I have just started following the site on my computer. Before, I would sporadically use the app on my phone to count calories, and I am hoping a support group will keep me in line :) I am 43 years old and live near Daytona Beach, FL. I am getting married in a couple of months and would like to shed a few pounds before the big day. Recently, I started taking spin classes and am beginning to enjoy them. They were pretty tough at first. All in all, I wold like to lose about 50 pounds. I don't know what happened but as I got older I found myself eating more and moving less. Time to make a change!

Nice to meet everyone! It seems like there's a lot of us in the "I started but fell off" boat! I too used the App for a period of time but then just stopped.

Thanks for the nice welcome and here's to our goals!
