Hmmm. Are you drinking a ton of water? That's one thing to think about. Also I personally think if a person gets some more fiber and fruits and vegetables in their diet -- just changes things up a bit in some way -- it tends to help out. There was a ten-day period last month where I netted zero loss -- went up for part of it, actually -- and then finally, without making any changes, I started to lose a little bit again. Don't know why other than maybe TOM...0

I have been having the same issue I have lost no weight in 3 weeks. I work out 6 days a week 60 min a day. I drink at least 64 oz of water a day. I am always 200-300 calories under my goal. I am not sure what I am doing wrong just really fustrated.0

What's the quality of the food you are eating? I'll be honest -- for my body it doesn't seem to matter if I eat junk or healthy food (to a point, that is); as long as I stay under my calorie goal I do ok. But some people do not have this experience at all and need to cut out some of the processed/fast food type things in order to succeed. Could either of you benefit from that maybe? Also I think sometimes you just have to power through a plateau and not give up for a few weeks. That's when a lot of people will give up and if they stuck with it another week things would kick-start again. I don't know if I have any answers for real, other than please don't give up yet! If what you're doing now is truly different from what you were doing before you started mfp then you won't fail to see results.0
