10 pounds to Lose

Hello,

Is there anyone on here that has 10 pounds to lose that can give me any tips on how to shift the weight as i seem to have become stuck? Thanks :-)

  • If you aren't already, add weight training into your exercise routine. That and Zumba helped me power thru a pretty frustrating plateau.
  • yep, agree with shortandfiesty, add some weight training to your program. if you are already lifting weights, lower your reps and lift heavier weights.
