    Hi - I found the same thing at first feeling i didn't have enough calories to feel satisfied, and also found the milk and sugar I put in my numerous cups of coffee add up. I've cut down on how many cups I have a day too - b/c I can't stand drinking it without milk and sugar. I also try to make healthier snack points and I eat up all my calories every day practically so I am not left feeling hungry. Blueberries and celery are both pretty satisfying. Carrots too- they are sweet, crunchy, take a while to eat.
