What is a good ratio to set your fat, carb, protein macros to? I know the preset ones on here put protein very low (15%) and I was always going over. So I'd like to set mine to a good ratio that promotes losing fat and gaining muscle. There are a lot of suggestions on the internet, from 45% carb, 30% protein, 25% fat, to all sorts of other variations.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!!

I set mine to 50% carb, 20% protein, and 30% fat. That is very easy to eat and meets my high calorie running program with room for a small daily deficit.0

There are other websites that can help you figure it out. Bodybuilding.com - in the forums - has a good one.0
