I'm not really new here... I've been on the website for a while but I've only been on a new lifestyle regime for 3 weeks. I'm a UK size 22 and I'm 19 years old. I don't own scales at my university flat so for now I'm going by measurements...The smallest I can remember being is a UK size 14 and I'd love to get back down to that! I've been trying to do 30mins of cardio three times a week and full body weights training 3 times a week... I'm really loving the weight training but in my third week I've done hardly any cardio! I'm watching my kcal and I'm seeing small improvements. The largest being my waist - so far I've lost 1.5 inches! My hips however haven't budged and some areas like my upper arms and calves have increased by an inch or two.. but i'm hoping that's because of muscle building!
