Hey everyone So i lost over 200lbs just over 2 years ago and maintained really well. but now ive decided im going to try for the last 11lbs or so to make me 8 & 1/2 stone im only 5ft1 so im still top end of bmi.

Im now a qualified fitness instructor and my life has completly changed.

I would love to meet/make friends with people on all stages of fitness/weight loss journeys.
