Hello there.
I am looking to connect with otherwomen who might be in the same boat as myself. I have lost and gained several times before and I have heard that as we age it gets more difficult to lose weight. I need to get the last 20 or 30 pounds off and keep it off ..FOREVER!!
Who's with me ???????????

To start, the first thing you need to do if figure out an actual lifestyle diet you can live with forever. That doesn't mean deleting foods you like (since that's what usually causes the regain by abstaining from them) but how to actually control the portion amount you eat. Also have a set calorie goal that you don't exceed with a once in awhile exception.
