Second try

I joined MFP back in the summer and I was kicking butt!
I mean I was losing weight on track and eating healthier and being more active. I had never done so well in all my life.
Then I started a new job in the fall and everything changed. It was so much stress, and it was difficult to bring lunches there. I pretty much gave up on myself.
I had gained back the 10 lbs I had worked to hard to lose. (Mind you I'm trying to lose way more than that)
I'm no longer working there, thank goodness. I truly believe it is what was making me have such a hard time.
I'm back and ready to give it my all once more. I'm ready to lose this weight and be happy with myself again.

I can relate to how difficult it can be to work and try to get foods together to bring for lunch instead of going straight for convenience food or take out! That said, in the event that you have to go back to work at some point, the thing that really helped me when I was working was to prep everything I needed for the week on Sunday. This included making a big pot of soup or chili as well as chopping up any meat or veggies I would be cooking throughout the week. It made bringing lunch to work a breeze because I would either have the soup or chili or leftovers of meals that only took like 15 minutes to make the night before because they were prepped when I got home!0
