Hi I joined MFP a week ago and have been logging and checking my food and exercise on a daily basis. With each passing year its getting harder and harder to get the weight of. I only have to look at a chocolate bar or beer and I can feel the pounds pile on. Im hoping that with MFP being so easy to use and watching my intake i will loose the weight I want to
