I just finished making (and eating!) the Hearty Chicken Stew w/ Leeks, Fennel, & Saffron. The recipe is in the 2010 edition. It is amazing! And, the cookbook includes nutritional info. It was a pretty easy & quick recipe and makes 6 servings so it can last you all week. I've added it to the food database under America's Test Kitchen... hope others can use it too!
