How do I log in Kettlenetics?

Anyone familiar with the program? There is a slower, 20 minute workout that is more strength training, and a faster paced, 40 minute program with strength training.
The 40 minute workout is called "cardio balanced". Do I count it as cardio even though it is all fast paced core/weight training?

    I just put general aerobics, good question though. I wish there was a way to figure out how man calories you burn doing it.
