I am 5ft 5 1/2 and my heaviest was 174, I am currently at 150 with a goal of 140. I have unfortunately hit a plateau which is bumming me out but I will over come it, damn red wine ha ha. Anyway, I hope to reach my goal by Sept, I am going to a wedding in Calif and want to rock the beach bod!

I'd love to do something like that when I lose more. That "slowly dying" part is funny. Good luck in June. I'm sure you'll do great. Be sure to post regarding your experience. :flowerforyou:

What kind of training did you do?

I current,y doing c25k and then I'll do a 5k run in march hopefully. Then ill do bridge to 10k and have that completed by June. It's on 5th June and it's the women's mini marathon. I don't care about what time I do it in I just want to jog it without stopping. I've never been a fan of running and I normally give up but I'm determined to complete this

I have a jui jitsu/grappling tournament at the end of March, and it would be nice if I could get my weight down so I can be in a lower weight class. I'm in my low 180's now, and if I get into the low 170's (which I haven't been in since collage) I will be able to cut a couple of pounds for a light weight division. I haven't thought of anything to reward myself with though.
