30 Day Shred starting 2nd February 2012

Hi,

I am starting on 30DS on 2nd February, and I plan to do it Mon to Fri for 30 days. I may oscillate between the 3 levels, but I am going to do it. I may also do a few other JM dvds in between.

Anyone want to join in?!

    I started yesterday.

    Is this the only exercise you guys are doing or do you do some cardio as well? I am wondering because I did a 20 minute warm up on the treadmill yesterday and I think that was too much before I did the dvd, as my legs about gave out on me.

    There is no way I can only do the shred as my exercise as I only burn about 120 calories.
  • I am going to be doing the 30 Day Shred and Yoga Melt Down...I also have a JM Ab work out that I haven't tried yet. I started last Tuesday and have been doing Yoga Melt Down, going to switch it up and do the 30 Day Shred tomorrow! The Yoga Melt Down is HARD and if you have never done Yoga before I would recommend getting something more beginner but even for me I've done Bikram Yoga and I had to stop and watch some of the poses, very fast paced, not your typical yoga!

    I am a cardio bunny - I go to various gym classes too, but I am short of strength training or anything that involves weights so I am doing the shred for this. I was mostly hoping to get chatting to anyone really who is keen on JM, and maybe swap tips on what works.

    Day 1, level 2 Shred = done!!!

    I also did a boxing class and a spinning class today.

    I would love to try JM's yoga workout but I've not seen it available on region 2 (Europe)
